This guarantees that we receive consistent, uniform, fresh, variation-free, crack-free, fissure-less, and six-sided dressed dimensional stone blocks. 2. Choice of Stone Blocks

Stone blocks are selected based on control samples. Mining is conducted from designated pits or walls to reduce natural variations, ensuring consistency in color and uniformity in texture of the final product.

The cuts made to each marble flooring tile significantly impact the design aesthetics. Laser Guided Bridge Cutting machines are used to achieve flawless 90-degree cuts. The process guarantees 100% accuracy, resulting in zero tolerance at the final installation joint system.

6. Different Approach For Different Products

Stones intended for interior use, like granite floor tiles, differ in size from those used outdoors. Exterior landscapes necessitate thicker stones, such as cobbles, kerbs, and pavers. These are crafted using specialized cutting machines to ensure precise and efficient production of the required sizes. Additionally, to withstand outdoor conditions, the stones are designed to be slip-resistant and frost-resistant.

7. Waterproofing

Waterproofing is a method that removes internal moisture from stone and enhances its resistance to external moisture. Our experienced and proficient waterproofing specialists execute this process, utilizing advanced techniques and top-tier chemicals from leading industry manufacturers.
